To ripen mangoes traditionally, we must wait until they are fully mature on the tree. During this waiting period, we face significant losses. Many fruits naturally ripen on the tree and fall, some get damaged, and a good share is enjoyed by birds and insects.
Even after harvest, traditional ripening is not uniform. Some fruits overripen, some spoil because we don’t use chemicals to control the process.
Overall, nearly 30% of the yield is lost to nature in this honest approach.
Even after harvest, ripening is natural and not controlled like chemical methods.
Less control, more natural.
Less quantity, more quality.
