Since we deal with natural produce and multiple growers, we’ve kept this policy simple and fair for everyone.
- Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this, once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible. - Reporting an Issue (Important)
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly. Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
- Unboxing Video (Helps Us Help You Better)
We kindly request you to record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.
This should show the sealed package and the product inside. It helps us understand the issue better and speed up your refund or replacement.

Wrong product received
Product significantly damaged during transit
Item missing from the order. - When Refund is Not Applicable
Natural variations in size, shape, color, or taste (this is part of real farm produce)
Minor bruises or cosmetic imperfections
Delays caused by courier or external factors
Seeds not germinating or plants not surviving (as they depend on care and environment)
Change of mind after dispatch. - Seeds & Plants Note
Seeds and plants are living things their growth depends on soil, weather, and care.
So we’re unable to guarantee germination or survival. - Working with Farmers
Some products come directly from other farmers or artisans.
In such cases, we may coordinate with them to resolve your issue. Don’t worry we’ll stay involved and make sure things are handled fairly. - How We Resolve
Once we review your request and proof, we may offer:
A replacement, or
A refund to your original payment method. - Refund Timeline
